1. Organization Development Section Manager
Requirements:- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably major in Management, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant degrees.
- Minimum 10 years experiences, with minimum 3 years in managerial role
- Experience in Organization Development, Workforce Planning, and Job Evaluation process in Manufacturing
- Company, preferably in Petrochemical
- Certified for JA and JE in KF (Hay) Methods
- Certified Human Resource Manager by BNSP
- Good command in English
- A good communicator who can manage various stakeholders within the organization
2. Warehouse Officer
Requirements- At least a Bachelor Degree from relevant discipline
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar function
- Background in logistics / supply chain preferred
- Good SAP knowledge is a plus
- Meticulous and able to multi task
- Detail oriented, organzied with advance planning capability
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Able to work independently and have good initiative to follow up, while being good team player at the same time
- Good communicator and able to display qualities in managing stakeholders
3. TS Automotive & Ind. Inj. Molding Engineer
Requirements- Bachelor Degree / Master Degree Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering
- Have experience 1-5 years working experience in polyolefin industry and/or automotive industry and its subsidiaries (compounding, injection molding etc.)
- Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
- Possess knowledge in injection molding especially for automotive purposes
- Equipped with good negotiation & communication skill in English both spoken & written
- Proficient using computer application (Ms. Office)
- Having growth mindset, fast learner, resilient & early adaptive
- Preferably comprehend business process in automotive and industrial application industry
4. Product Field Operator
Requirements:- Concern for quality & order, service orientation, learning & adaptability, high motivated, eager to learn
- Education: Diploma, Polytechnic with chemical engineering background
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Specific Skill/Ability: Computer, communication
