1. Quality Control & Checker
Job Description:- Supervising loading operations to ensure the operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing barge berth time, and monitoring barge schedule for loading coal at jetty.
- Verifying that all environemental laws and regulations are followed.
- Keep informing team in field and office about the progress of the shipment and notifying of any potential problems at jetty.
- Coordination with all related party at jetty
- Monitoring the quality of the coal and adjust the quality of the coal that will come to jetty from stockpile as per instruction from office operation.
- Check the amount and quality of cargo/coal in Jetty.
- Minimum education Barchelor of Mining Engineering, Shipping or related major
- Minimum 2 or 3 years experience as Master Loading and/or draft surveyor
- Maximum of age is 35 years old.
- Have a First Operational Supervisory Certificate (POP) is preferable.
- Ability to create detailed reports and in-depth analysis.
- Able to delegate tasks to subordinates.
- Having a surveyor certificate is preferred
- Mastering loading plan, short and long term, as well as heavy equipment operational applications.
- Having good communication and argumentation skills, thorough, analytical, integrity, responsible, discipline, honest, diligent, and problem solving.
2. Field Coordinator
Job Description- Coordinate with all stakeholder internal and external for operation. Include stockpile, hauling fleet, jetty.
- Become leader and role model person for Field Team
- Following up with coal supplier for coordinating coal incoming to stockpile
- Give all the information needed to Office team and make discussion for smooth operation.
- Give instructions to field team to follow the procedure of coal quality control.
- Give instructions to field team to follow procedure coal process from pit to load to barge.
- Solved the all problem raising from the operational with all field team member.
- Conduct a tool box meeting on daily basis.
- Minimum 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree mining engineering, or marine enginering, or geology.
- Have a strong dedication to company
- Attentive to details is a must.
- Proven experience as Coordinator or related position ( at least 4 years experience )
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Have Knowledge about Mining, Barging, and Coal Handling.
- Hardworking, efficient, and should be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required
- Ablility to give good instruction and effective comunicate to the field team and stakeholder.
