2022 Fresh Graduate Internship Program

Mubadala Petroleum Fresh Graduate Internship Program is an excellent way to gain exposure in international Oil and Gas Company and as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies with the real working experience. The program is for Fresh Graduate and will start in the beginning of 2022 up to 31 December 2022.

1. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2022 – Commercial

Job Description:
Provides support for Commercial activities, including:
  1. Daily update for Onshore Receiving Facility Report, Daily Gas Quantity Composition Buyers, Gas Balance Reconciliation.
  2. Review the Commercial figures (ie Lifting, Senipah Fuel & Flare, Gas Price, Gas Balance) in the Monthly Production/Lifting Reports to SKK Migas (Quantity Accounting System Report).
  3. Update the Berita Acara Penyerahan (BAP) for Buyer and monitor the routing of Buyer BAP.
  4. Commercial administration.

Qualifications

  1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Engineering Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering or other relevant major.
  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
  3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
  4. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.
  5. Excellent in Microsoft Office (excel, word and power point), understand workflow, good communications, teamwork, details and accurate in data.
  6. Your success to date must demonstrate your passion in delivering work to high standards and working in a cohesive team in order to produce results.


2. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2022 – Business Services (Jakarta)

Job Description:
  1. Support the IT Service Management Initiative
  2. IT Coordination and Administrations activities
  3. Support Project Management in the IT function

Qualifications:

  1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economy, Business Management or other relevant major.
  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  3. Fresh graduate, should be less than 1 year of experience.
  4. Excellent in Microsoft Office.
  5. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.
  6. Prefer to have knowledge or experience in Project Management
  7. Team player, good communication, willing to learn and work hard
  8. Your success to date must demonstrate your passion in delivering work to high standards and working in a cohesive team in order to produce results.


3. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2022 – Business Services (Balikpapan)

Job Description:

  1. Assist Balikpapan Representative Officer (BROF) to handle office administration.
  2. Assist BROF to provide supports to all functions that need local supports, focusing on Business Services, Operations, Project, HSSE, Commercial, SCM, and ERC. This includes dealing with external stakeholders.
  3. Assist BROF to implement HSSE management.
  4. Assist BROF to improve business process as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Hold Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Administration, Communications, or other relevant major.
  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
  3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
  4. Willing to be assigned in in Balikpapan. Domicile in Balikpapan is preferred.
  5. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

4. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2022 – Supply Chain Management

Job Description:
Provides support for Supply Chain Management Department activities, including:
  1. Procurement process compliance
  2. Monitor compliance to the procurement process
  3. Prepare and monitoring Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) announcement and registration process
  4. Assist Pre-qualification process
  5. Preparing correspondence with tenderer i.e.: invitation letter, bid bulletin, negotiation letter, nomination letter etc.
  6. Ad-hoc project assignment

Qualifications:

  1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economy Management or other relevant major.
  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
  3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
  4. Computer literate, familiar with excel spreadsheet and other database tools.
  5. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

5. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2022 – Operations

Job Description:
Provide assistance & support which include but not limited to:
  1. Turbomachinery equipment performance monitoring activity
  2. Condition Monitoring activity
  3. Maintain and update Operations & Maintenance Procedure related Turbomachinery
  4. Maintain and update Turbomachinery Monthly report
  5. Planning & Budgeting preparation related Turbomachinery and Condition Monitoring activities
  6. Provide support for Operations and Maintenance day to day activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
  3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
  4. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.
  5. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  6. Communication skills, able to work independently and in team.

6. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2022 – Human Capital

Job Description:
  1. Coordinate internship program including Practical Work, Thesis Writing, Fresh Graduate by assisting with recruitment, selection, onboarding, program and end of program.
  2. Support and assist in Learning and Development (internal and external training, in-house program, etc).
  3. Support and assist in Work Life Effectiveness Program.
  4. Support learning and development activities and HC function.
  5. Facilitate employee in remuneration process such as: BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Pension Fund, Medical Benefit, Statutory Benefit.

Qualifications:

  1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology or other relevant major.
  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
  4. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.
  5. Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Routines:
  1. Department report analysis.
  2. Support month end closing.
  3. Support budget process (ZBB).

Projects:

  1. Improvement on Tableau (allocation percentage).
  2. Maintenance report from Tableau.
  3. Assist Power BI if the migration happens.

Qualifications:

  1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Financial major or other relevant major.
  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
  3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
  4. Able to operate Excel and Words.
  5. Easy to adapt, multi tasking, team player, analytical skill and detail-oriented.

Job Description:

  3. Support day to day Corporate Social Responsibility operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design or other relevant major.
  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.

9. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2022 – Exploration

Job Description:
  1. Perform the technical support for the prospect generation & maturation process.
  2. Provide G&G technical support for the drilling preparation
  3. Provide support for New Venture activities
  4. Assist Exploration team in any relevant meeting preparation and follow up process (both internal and external meetings)
  5. Liaise with DDM team for the G&G data management QA/QC

Qualifications:

  1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Geology or Geophysics major.
  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
  3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
  4. Good in Microsoft Office and drawing software.
  5. Basic skill in some G&G software application is preferable.
  6. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.
  7. Pro-active, self-initiative & team players.
