4. Account Receivable Officer
- Undertake the process of making contracts and amending the contracts as a follow-up to the PO received by marketing
- Conduct A/R billing for rental units, drivers and other bills to customers to ensure customers pay on time
- Coordinate with related parties related to outstanding invoices with payment problems
Job Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) Degree of Computerize Accounting, Accounting or Tax
- At least 1 year experience as Account Receivable Officer or related position
- Experienced handling Microsoft Excel (familiar with SAP is advantage)
- Thorough, detailed and neat
- Placement in Jakarta and Surabaya
5. Customer Care Coordinator
- Get Voice of Customer’s and improve communication and good relations with customers
- Coordinating the implementation of Customer Focus & Costumer Events
- Become a role model & change agent in branches related to the service mindset and implement Aqucare
- Support and follow up on the results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) & Customer Loyalty Index (CLI)
