2. Customer Relation Officer
Responsible for develop customer relation and retention programs, supervise and evaluate the implementation.

- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from all major, preferably from Hospitality Industry
- Min. 1 (one) year experience in related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong Communication and English Skill
- Creative, persuasive, and able to create new ideas to improve customer relation and retention programs
- Passionate in Hospitality
3. Concierge
Responsible for welcoming guests and make the guests get an amazing experience in Gallery.
- Female
- Max. 30 years old by December 2021
- Min. Diploma (D3) from all major, preferably from Hospitality Industry
- Attractive and hardworking
- Good at handling high profile end customer
- Strong Communication Skill
- Passionate in Hospitality
4. Food & Beverage Staff
Responsible for handling guests food and beverage and make sure F&B area are clean and well maintained.
- Male/Female
- Max. 30 years old by December 2021
- Min. SMA/SMK from all major, preferably from Hospitality Industry
- Attractive and hardworking
- Having basic Barista Skill is preferable
- Strong Communication Skill
- Passionate in Hospitality
