1. Senior Marketing Data Analyst – MDA

Job Description
  1. Research and analyze market trend and marketing strategies for B2B Business analyze internal Sales record to improve and develop Sales and Marketing Tactics
  2. Analyze competitors offering and marketing data
  3. Promote products and support sales marketing activities
  4. Plan and organize marketing events such as exhibition, seminar
  5. Prepare technical documents (ex. brochure) to promote brand customers
  6. Create and manage new marketing channels and development new category
  7. Handle promotional activities with headquarter as requested
  8. Analyze economic growth and environment
  9. Familiar with analysis tool such as five force, 3C, Swot, etc

Requirements

  1. Experience minimal 2-3 years in Food & Feed Industry
  2. Background in the related field (preferred)
  3. Undergraduate S1 or S2 from bachelor degree in Animal & Health Nutrition, Biology, Business, Marketing & Communication
  4. Good communication skill, result oriented, eager to develop
  5. Strong analytical skill, can work with or without team
  6. Strong sense of learning and empower HIM/Herself

2. Senior Technical Application Food (R&D) – TAF

Job Description
  1. Working closely with the customer to create functional design concepts, test existing design, and oversee the implementation of development projects, also be spearheading the redesign of existing product
  2. Use technical design skill to create functional and attractive product that are cost-effective and user-friendly
  3. Conduction market research and evaluating similar product and their functions
  4. Collaborating with the Engineering and Marketing Dept. on Product feasibility
  5. Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs
  6. Creating design project and specification sheets
  7. Presenting product design to management and stakeholders
  8. Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes
  9. Testing prototype for functionality, ease-of-use and longevity
  10. Resolving product issues & establish a new formulation lab
  11. Overssing the production process

Requirements

  1. Experience min. 2 years in Trading Essential Food Additive, functional food ingredients, R&D Background or food industry
  2. Undergraduate S1 or S2 from Food Technology or Food Science, but R&D Background will be more appreciate
  3. Good communication skill, result oriented, eager to develop new market
  4. Strong analytical skill, can work with or without tam

Job Description
  1. Receive and process orders from customers
  2. List PO Customer & Plan Delivery (Manual Data)
  3. Create qoute and contract in Sales force system
  4. Update actual performance by PO Customer
  5. Billing so customer
  6. Settlement AR
  7. Checking credit limit customer and request additional if needed
  8. Prepare document coa by lot number for customer
  9. Coordination with QC

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in all majors
  2. Prefer from Administraion, Foodtech/Food Science
  3. Minimum 1-2 years working experience
  4. Have experience in Food Additivies and Nutritio
  5. Have good Sales Communication
  6. Good command of written and spoken English
  7. Selft starter and able to work under pressure

4. Web Developer & Android – WDA

Job Description
  1. Experience in creating Web and Android Programming
  2. Experience with MYSQL, SQL ot Oracle DB
  3. Experience for Linux OS Server or Windows Server
  4. Experience in Security OS and System that are made

Job Description

  4. Understand Sales Strategy & SP Marketing Concepts

Requirements

  1. Male, max. 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree from any major, min. Diploma

6. Supply Chain Staff (CJ Food) – SCM

Job Description
  1. Melakukan pengecekan invoice dari transporter, forwarder dan vendor lain
  2. Melakukan pengecekan surat jalan (SJ)
  3. Melakukan filling dokumen import
  4. Meneruskan proses invoice kepada divisi AP
  5. Meneruskan proses SJ Kepada Divisi AR
  6. Menginput PO Jasa ke Sistem Accurate
  7. Menginput tanda terima SJ ke Sistem Accurate
  8. Melakikan pengecekan stok barang di beberapa Outlet/Toko
  9. Update stok barang antara di sistem dengan di fisik outlet/toko

Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan lulusan STMJ Jurusan Logistik atau Teknologi Industri
  2. Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai SCM Staff atau Logistic Admin
  3. Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

7. Regulatory Officer (CJ Food) – RO

Job Description
  1. Responsible for documenting product information required for outside brands (ML) registration, CPPOB certification, ISO, HACCP, SKI (Import License)
  2. Collect, process, and evaluate scientific data provided by the principal to be used for outside brands (ML) registration
  3. Responsible for conducting product analysis as the External Lab for outside brands (ML) registration in accordance with Indonesian regulations
  4. Responsible for registening and notification of outside brands products bt document and online at BPOM
  5. Responsible for registening CPPOB, ISO22000, HACCP certification
  6. Make the contacts and negotiations necessary to obtain and maintain a product marketing license
  7. Become a company liaison with government agencies BPOM, the Ministry of Trade and others
  8. Responsible for conducting special permits related to raw materials, food additives and new food categories that are not yet in the regulations of BPOM, SNI, Codex and the Ministry of Health

Requirement

  1. Undergraduate in Food Science or Food Technology
  2. 1 years experience in regulatory or quality control, Fresh graduate are welcome

Job Description :
  1. Responsible for selling Green Bio product and service for distribution purpose.
  2. Customer visit, gain new customers and maintain existing customer.
  3. Explain contain product to existing and new customer Regarding Probiotic, Enzyme, Vitamin.
  4. Develop strategies to achieve sales target
  5. Product development in customer based on Probiotic, Enzyme, Vitamin.

Requirement :

  1. Maximum 36 years old.
  2. Experience minimal 6 years in Feed Additive, Functional Feed Ingredients or Feed Industry.
  3. Undergraduate from Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry, Master Degree and Nutritionist will be more appreciate.
  4. Good communication, develop new market & can work with or without team.
  5. Fluent in English language both in written and oral.
  6. Have a networking in Feed Industries, a link to Government and/or others Association in Feed Industry will be an advantage.
  7. Familiar with sales and technical Regarding Feed Additive (Probiotic, Enzyme, Vitamin).


9. Internal Audit Specialist (CJ Logistics) – IAS

Job Description :
  1. Coordinating the inspection / internal site audit process periodically to produce audit reports
  2. Carrying out the company’s internal audit process in a comprehensive and sustainable financial and operational manner according to company / management requests
  3. Ensure the site’s readiness to provide the required data and the completeness of the Profit and Loss report as well as to conduct an inspection of the financial data reports
  4. Formulate and provide input to solve problems on audit findings by performing appropriate and accurate analysis.
  5. Reviewing and ensuring the smooth running of the internal audit process by taking into account the accuracy of the method and problem analysis.
  6. To make recommendations on the results of audits and analyzes related to the protection of records and to safeguard the company’s assets against fraud
  7. Carry out other related tasks in an effort to achieve audit targets

Requirement :

  1. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent.
  2. Knowing the Logistics, Manufactor, F&B and Feed sector
  3. Have at least 5 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position.
  4. Preferably specialized in Finance – Audit / Tax or equivalent
  5. Have experience worked at a Logistics, Manufactor, F&B and Feed company, more appreciate if from Korea Company
