1. Management Trainee Manufacture
Our Management Trainee Program (24 months) is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in different key business functions of our organization, with potential exposure across 3 divisions: Supply Chain, Research & Development and Manufacture (Operation and Engineering)
- B.E or MSc in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Food Technology / Industrial Technology / E&E Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Robotics Engineering / Instrument Electronic / Material Science Engineering / Manufacture Engineering with GPA min. 3.00
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 4 years
- Willing to be placed in Garudafood Business Unit
- Available to start the program January 2022
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Business Unit’s Garudafood location, over the duration of the program.
2. Management Trainee Sales
Our Management Trainee Program (called Champion Trainee) for sales business is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in different key business functions of our organization.
Requirements- Any dicipline with GPA min. 3.00
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Willing to be placed in all branches of GarudaFood Group
- Available to start the program January 2022
- Ability and willingness to relocate to all branches’s Garudafood group location, over the duration of the program.
3. Management Trainee Finance & Accounting
Our comprehensive 2 year Finance Accounting Management Trainee Program gives you hands-on experience and knowledge essential to begin a successful career in Finance & Accounting at Garudafood. You will begin your rotation-based learning journey in manufacturing finance and will continue to build your skills in each additional rotation by learning key processes and business strategies. The program allows you to experience roles that corporate finance. Completion of this program puts you on a path for future leadership positions within Garudafood.
Requirements- B.E or MSc in Accounting / Finance / Economy form reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English, both oral and written
