Dikenal saat ini dengan merek kenamaan “Tiga Roda” dan merek baru “Rajawali”, sejarah PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Perseroan” atau “Indocement”) diawali pada 1975 dengan rampungnya pendirian pabrik Indocement yang pertama di Citeureup, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Pada Agustus 1975, pabrik yang didirikan PT Distinct Indonesia Cement Enterprise (DICE) dan memiliki kapasitas produksi terpasang tahunan 500.000 ton ini mulai beroperasi. Dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun setelah beroperasinya pabrik pertama, Perseroan membangun tujuh pabrik tambahan sehingga kapasitas produksi terpasangnya meningkat menjadi sebesar 7,7 juta ton per tahun.

1. Accounting Officer

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare manual GRR, MIS, journal etc .
  2. Prepare monthly detailed balance sheet schedule .
  3. Maintain accounting data in the inventory system .
  4. Coordinate with other divisions related to assignments.
  5. Prepare inventory report to the users and management.
  6. Any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
  2. Expected experience: 1-2 years (preferable experience from Public Accountant)
  3. Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  4. Have a driving license and able to drive manual gear.
  5. Have analytical and critical thinking also problem solving mindset.
  6. Good understanding of a company’s business process/ flows.
  7. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  8. Willing to learn and have a high responsibility.


2. Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities
  1. Support the business through the use of early stage lean six sigma tools, process mapping, project scoping, and project charter completion.
  2. Review existing processes and systems, with a view to identifying process optimisation opportunities, and making recommendations.
  3. Promote the continuous development and improvement of standardised and consistent processes across Finance and wider business.
  4. To own and deliver projects within Finance (and wider business when required).
  5. Post project completion, monitor performance KPI’s and highlight when a process is not performing as expected.
  6. Work with Finance and business line stakeholders and customers to understand improvement opportunities, manage workshops and forums to identify solutions and deliver as required.
  7. To support the training and development to all Finance (and busniess when requested) staff, to develop an internal expertise in understanding of six sigma processes, robotics process automation, workshop facilitation and project management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Management Information System / Industrial Engineering or other relevant degree with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
  2. Fresh graduate are welcome.
  3. Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills – with the drive and flexibility to support others.
  5. Good in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word)
  6. Excellent data and reconciliation skills.
