1. Instrument & Control Supervisor

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinates analysis, diagnosis, installation, repair, maintenance and the calibration of instrumentation and control equipment
  2. Coordinates maintenance activities with engineers, other departments and contractors
  3. Ensures that safety rules and procedures are followed
  4. Prepares Instrumentation & Control business plans
  5. Develop, review, and revise standard operating procedures
  6. Creates, composes and edits technical and administrative correspondence, reports and documentation

Requirements

  1. Male / female, 24-28 years old
  2. Vaccinated against Covid-19
  3. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of electrical engineering
  4. Minimum 5 years of experiences in instruments and control department
  5. Good analytical and critical thinking
  6. Strong leadership skills
  7. Able to communicate in English
  8. Willing to work in shifts

2. Production Engineer

Responsibilities
  1. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner
  2. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and labor required
  3. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and improvements
  4. Keeping advancement in engineering and production
  5. Establishing safety procedures and protocols
  6. Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects
  7. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments

Requirements

  1. Male/female, single, 24-28 years old
  2. Vaccinated against Covid-19
  3. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical Engineering
  4. Minimum 1 year experience in food industry
  5. Good critical thinking and problem solving
  6. Ability to make decision under pressure

  9. Ability to communicate in English (writing and conversation)

3. Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description
  1. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
  2. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
  3. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
  4. Communicate job expectations and coach employees
  5. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
  6. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  7. Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

Requirements

  1. Female, 24-27 years old, single
  2. Bachelor Degree (S-1) Teknik Informatika
  3. Microsoft Office skill required
  4. Experienced in SAP are preferred
  5. Good analytical thinking, good communication, strong leadership skill, attention to detail
  6. Able to communicate in English
  7. Willing to work in shifts
  8. Placement in Bandung

4. Production Group Leader

Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring that manufacturing of items are carried out efficiently and with strict adherence to quality standards
  2. Leading other members of the production department
  3. Coordinating several activities, including operating machines, production, processing, packaging and sorting
  4. Ensuring that safety rules and procedures are followed
  5. Direct, control, correct and motivate the members of their team to achieve efficiency
  6. Possess in-depth knowledge of all production procedures and know how to use tools and operate machinery

Requirements

  1. Male / female, 24-28 years old

  3. Diploma Degree (D-3) of food / chemical / industrial engineering
  4. Experienced in food industry are preferred
  5. Good analytical thinking, creative and initiative

5. Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
  1. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
  2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  3. Oversee and coach employees

  5. Check production output according to specifications
  6. Submit reports on performance and progress
  7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
  8. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

6. Purchasing Supervisor

Job Description
  1. Handling import, order, monitoring, correspondence
  2. Sourcing, cost reduction, continuous improvement
  3. Sourcing supplier for better price, guality, service, including low minimum order
  4. Maintaining relationship with supplier and chase them to raise the target
  5. Evaluates and analyses purchasing trend and price trend to identify forecasting demand and minimize costs
  6. Purchasing Reporting (KPI, Supplier Evaluation, etc)

Qualifications

  1. Female, 24-27 years old, single
  2. Vaccinated against Covid-19
  3. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Industrial Engineering / Management / Accounting / English Literature
  4. Microsoft Office and SAP skill reguired
  5. Excellent in speaking and writing English
  6. Good interpersonal and negotiation ski!!
  7. Honest, responsible, attention to detail
  8. Placement in Bandung
