1. Finance

Responsibility :

1. Manage, and ensure accurate and timely payment process to vendors 
2. Manage and monitor the transaction process and reconcile the company receivable balances 
3. Check over each of the company’s financial transactions on a  regular basis 
4. Manage and control the usage of company cash and balance in accordance with applicable financial procedures 
5. Check and verify bank account reconciliation data 
6. Perform financial analysis and make necessary reports related to their duties and responsibilities

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in finance management, accounting, mathematic, or statistic is preferable 
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome, 1 year of finance & accounting experience will be an advantage 
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
4. Strong numeracy and analytical skills 
5. Good problem-solving and time management skills 
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented

2. Sales & Distribution Presentative

Responsibility :

1. Acting as business consultant with B2B customer in sales area in charge 
2. Controlling sales distribution channels 
3. Create sales reports and business reviews periodically 
4. Doing market survey analysis 
5. Actively achieving sales target

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from any majors 
2. Have minimum 1 year of sales distribution experience, fresh graduate is welcome to apply 
3. Sales and target driven 
4. Persuasive and have a good communication skill 
5. Having knowledge about the bicycle industry is a plus 
6. Willing to be placed in Jakarta 
7. Willing to travel across Indonesia

3. Purchasing 

Responsibility :

1. Dealing with global to carry out all the attractives necessary to purchase raw material in compliance with given cost/time/quality requirements 
2. Perform the assigned purchasing activities with procedures and provided system and tool 
3. Monitoring the shipment delivery process, to make sure the raw material needed fulfilled the required lead-time process

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor degree of all majors 
2. Have a minimum 1 year all as purchasing will be a good advantage 
3. Good ability in English and Mandarin (written and oral) is a plus 
4. Good in Microsoft Excel 
5. Communicative, adaptive 
6. Target oriented 
7. Passionate is sports, especially cycling is a plus point
