1. Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems
2. Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work
3. Employ, supervise and train workers
4. Oversee and ensure that all work is completed on time
5. Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage
6. Comply with health and safety regulations and practices
7. Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work
8. Conduct safety inspections as scheduled
9. Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time

Qualifications

1. Male, 24-27 years old, single
2. Vaccinated against Covid-19
3. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Mechanical Engineering
4. Minimum experience 1 year as maintenance supervisor
5. Excellent in leadership and communication skill
6. Excellent in speaking and writing English
7. Great time management skills
8. Honest, responsible, attention to detail
9. Able to work under pressure
10. Willing to work in shifts
11. Placement in Bandung

2. Production Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner
2. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and labor required
3. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and improvements
4. Keeping advancement in engineering and production
5. Establishing safety procedures and protocols
6. Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects
7. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments

Requirements

1. Male/female, single, 24-28 years old
2. Vaccinated against Covid-19
3. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical Engineering
4. Minimum 1 year experience in food industry
5. Good critical thinking and problem solving
6. Ability to make decision under pressure
7. Great attention to detail

9. Ability to communicate in English (writing and conversation)

3. Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
3. Oversee and coach employees
4. Train new employees to follow procedures
5. Check production output according to specifications
6. Submit reports on performance and progress
7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
8. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Requirements

1. Male / female, single, 24-28 years old

3. Bachelor Degree (S1) of food / chemical / Industrial Engineering
4. Minimum 1 year experience as production supervisor
5. Good analytical thinking, creative and initiative
