Merchandising Admin

Job Description
  • An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Merchandising team is responsible for keeping our customers constantly excited and satisfied with the most relevant and trendy assortment. As our Merchandising Admin, you will be pivotal to the execution of all of our launches and merchandising operations. You will also responsible to provide administrative & essentials support to the merchandising team.
Main Responsibilities
  • Launching Support
    • Register and update product and pricing on the system. 
    • Create TO from warehouse to all channels.
  • Replenishment
    • Create TI - TO to all channels. 
    • Register updated quantity to our web, system, OP, and Forstok. 
    • Listing defect products.
  • Products Buying & Receiving
    • Update appendix of launch and unlaunched list.
    • Ensure all the shipment preparation.
  • Ad Hoc Duties
    • Support the merchandising team with any ad-hoc duties from time to time.
What You Shoud Be
  • Highly organised individual with strong follow through.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders across all functions and levels.
  • A self-starter who is proactive and has a hands-on approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable, yet most cost-efficient.
Requirements & Experiences
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Min. Associate Degree / Bachelor's Degree
  • A passion for merchandising and retail.
  • Strong numerical/ mathematical and Excel skills.
  • Past experience in operations or merchandising will be a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good problem solving skills.
  • Positive, energetic and friendly demeanor.
  • Collaborative team player.
