Administrative Assistant - Bogor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily import activities, that includes 
  • Received new shipping documents and record on shipment tracker.
  • Daily clearance activities, includes check and validate draft PIB, Instruct PIB submission to customs broker, instruction payment to bank and monitor ETA.
  • Maintain coordination with broker, forwarder, shipping line, warehouse and planner
  • Submit COO manual / AWSC form to Customs Portal
  • Filling hard copy to folder & soft copy to shared folder as per regulation
  • Monitor shipments from departure until arrived at warehouse
  • Generate & Upload Duty Drawback data to SAP daily.
  • Create Import Inbound Delivery & Shipment Cost for every import shipment and maintain accuracy number
  • Support Finance, Tax and Accounting request related to import docs.
We value:
  • Bachelor Degree in Transportation / Finance/ Economy/ Business  or equivalent 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
  • Familiar with import-export regulation in Indonesia, having Sertifikasi Pabean will be plus point.
  • Effective communication skills in written, oral and listening and basic communication in English
  • Good command in SAP and Ms. Office such as Ms.Excel, Ms. Word 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skill and ability to collaborate with cross functions
