1. Account Payable Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Match purchase order to invoices and enter invoices into system
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and properly posted
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/ expense reports and recording entries
  • Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Finance relevant discipline from reputable university
  • Min. 2 years accounts payables experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta

2. Legal Officer

Job Description:
  • Drafting and reviewing legal agreements, corporate approvals and other legal documents
  • Conducting legal research related to the group's operational and business activities
  • Participating in corporate action projects of the group
  • Maintaining administration of legal department including to maintain documentations and other documents
  • Managing general licenses of the group
  • Liaising with governmental bodies as relevant for the management of group's corporate licenses
Requirements:
  • Law degree from a reputable university
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • 1 year of experience with a law firm and/ or in-house counsel
  • Significant exposure to sophisticated commercial, corporate or transactional matters
  • Fluent in written and conversational English
  • Ability to achieve satisfying results to meet demanding deadlines
  • Some travels expected

3. Accounting Officer

Job Description:
  • Prepare monthly closing timely
  • Responsible to ensure all transaction and cost are properly recorded in line with applicable accounting standards
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, quarter and annual financial statement timely
  • Liaise with internal and external auditor to ensure successful audit process and meet the deadline
  • Liaise with all department in Head Office and Site related to monthly closing and projects
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • Hard worker, team player, can work under pressure
  • Must be able to communicate at all levels
  • Having 1-3 years of experience, in Public Accounting Firm
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta
