1. Dealer Development Staff
- Conduct dealer development, coordinate the implementation of One on One Dealer, based on Mapping Dealer (Performance & Potential) application of reward & punishment
- Coordinate with related sections regarding network additions (Dealer, ATM & Salesforce) including submission, development & standardization
- Evaluate the effectiveness of dealer organization development/ management programs in general
- Delivering updates on the current condition of the activities sales network and competitors; submit suggestions for improvement, problem solutions, launch operational activities, and develop profitability through new innovations
- Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Willing to travel

2. Trainer Staff
- In charge of organizing training implementation activities for sales
- Know latest information about sales skills that relevant in order to achieve good and effective performance
- Planning and setting organizational strategies to meet training and development needs
- Implementation training, measure effectiveness of training, then follow up as needed
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position

3. Internal Audit Staff
- Communicating with related parties to obtain data/ evidence requested by the Audit Manager.
- Assist in carrying out administrative processes in every preparation of the agenda and closing meetings or meeting held with internal and external parties of the company
- Recording the work agenda, filling documents and documentation for all Internal Audit activities
- Prepare report material to be brought by the Audit Manager in the upcoming meeting.
- Ensure that the Company's SOP documentation is updated and well maintained
- Bachelor degree from Accounting/ Economic, Finance, IT or other related field
- Min. 3 years of work experience in audit field
- Having good knowledge about Business Process, Audit Procedure, Internal Control, Risk Management, Internal Audit/ Control and Taxation
- Willing to travel to all Indonesia cities
- Advanced computer skills on Ms. Office, Accounting Software, and Databases
- Own Brevet A and Brevet B certificate
- Domicile in Bekasi
4. Sales & Strategy Staff
- Divide the units to be given to the dealer according to the allocation and Booking Order from the dealer
- Establish communication with dealers and review dealer performance
- Collect monthly data from dealers
- Update POSS (Plan of Order, Sales and Stock) and send to dealer
- Send and check fix orders and confirm dealer allocations
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Required skills: Excel, PP, Power BI
