1. Admin - Engineering

Requirements:

• Min. D3 in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of experience
• Good computer skills

2. Coordinator - Engineering

Requirements:

• Min D3 in Engineering
• Min 2 years of working experience as Engineering Supervisor in apartment
• Required skills: HAVC System, MEP, Generator System, Civil
• Have preventive, corrective, correction maintenance skill and understand procedure for emergency plan in engineering apartment
• Have planning, analysis and actualization skill specially in apartment
• Have certificate of AK3U is a plus point

3. Coordinator Finance & Accounting

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor.
• Required Skill(s) : Accounting, Finance, Journal, Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Computer.
• Familiar with bank reconciliation, and accounting system.
• Applicant must willing to work in Bekasi.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 (D3) in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as HR & GA Supervisor
• Understand the job cycle of Personnel, Employment Law, and maintenance of assets

• Good communication skills

5. Coordinator Tenant Relation

Requirements

6. Officer - Finance & Accounting

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Finance & Accounting Staff

7. Officer - Tenant Relation

Requirements

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Tenant Relation / Customer Service in Apartment / Mall

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Property / Real Estate or equivalent
• Proficient with English

8. Technician

Requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal SMK/STM Jurusan Teknik.
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai teknisi atau engineering staff di gedung bertingkat tinggi (apartemen/mal/hotel/gedung perkantoran).
• Keahlian: mechanical, electrical, plumbling, sipil, AC, lift, perawatan gedung.
• Penempatan kerja di Serpong/Kelapa Gading/Bekasi.
