Specialist, Store Development
- Co-lead the development and construction for all Franchise stores
- Plans store space, Back of House (BOH) capacities and fixtures placement by category for all stores
- Liaises with Buying, Visual Merchandising, IT and Retail Operations to ensure effective implementation of space planning
- Maps out assortments by fixtures with the Buying and Visual Merchandising in line with the guidelines
- Works with Visual Merchandising and Buying to understand the weight of the category for store display; determines and recommends the zoning and space allocation
- Manages the fit-out construction progress and communicate inter-vendor to ensure works are within the timeline
- Placing fixtures, hangers and mannequins order in the ARIBA system for new store or maintenance
- Raising Purchase Requisition (PR) to vendors, performing Goods Receiving (GR) in ARIBA system and submission of invoices to finance for the payment arrangement
- Participate in preparing tender template for vendors
- Tracking fixtures production & import status to global vendor & operation team
- Maintain fixtures list asset in fixtures warehouse

- Degree in Interior Architecture & Design or related field
- Minimum 2 years work experience in retail design field, preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry
