Query Handling Staff

  • Lokasi: Jakarta
Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incoming billing and receivable queries from customers and maintain consistent and high quality service standard
  • Work closely with Billing Team and Credit Control & Collection Team as well as cross functional teams to ensure proper handling of queries
  • Manage customer escalation and complaints and take charge of resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis on repetitive billing errors and ensure structural resolution
  • Provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards, including make outbound calls to customers for opinions on service improvement
  • Promptly and accurately log queries in ERP system
  • Actively promote self-service functionalities and ensure customer query is addressed structurally
Your Profile:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or other degree with relevant experience.
  • Able to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in handling customers’ enquiries
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good telephone conversation/handling skills
  • Good communication and conversational skills
  • Call center experience > 1 year would be an advantage
  • High customer focus and service orientation
