Business Process Improvement (BPI) Officer
- Bachelor degree in any major

- For Experience candidate/applicant, must be familiar and or understand (Basic Level) : Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Business Process, Process Mapping.
- All Applicant ideally as a Proficient user or have good understanding in process mapping tool / application such as VISIO, Bizagi Modeler and or any others similar applications
- Strong in analytical aspect, logical thinking, good observation skill, can do attitude, easy to adapt, fit in into remote area environment and willingness to learn something new.
- Knowledge and skill related to mining operations, management system, SWOT Analysis, KAIZEN, Quality Improvement, Digitalization will be a plus point / advantages.
- Able to develop, create and present a proper report and presentation
- Willing to be placed in Paser (Mine site), Kalimantan Timur.
- Maintain report fulfilment for internal working unit
- Involve in management system aspect of project improvement and or process management
- Support for process analysis in order to corporate digitalization development and implementation
- Active involvement to implement safety behavior
- Become a facilitator, especially for the improvement process that comes from project Improvement Activities
- Active role in conducting internal analysis of potential critical points and improvement opportunities in a working unit business proses
- Active role as facilitator in identifying business processes from each working unit, assisting in describing/mapping/writing in a suitable pre-determined format
