The Graduate Program is a 2 years program which is designed to to gain experience and exposure to a range of activities within the designated steam to build upon your skills and knowledge and to give you the experience need to set your career. Graduates will be cycled through a series of jobs over a set period of time and will have the opportunity to be based in different sites across Indonesia, aligning to the requirement of the Orica Graduate Program.
