1. Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities:
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g. training budgets by department)
  • Maintain employment files and input data into HRIS
  • Support with the day to day benefit administration including reconciling invoices
  • Support the overall HR team in Indonesia for ad hoc project such as employee data management, retention, etc.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate or final year student in Psychology, Management, or other related field.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient English level, Chinese language is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
