ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) dibentuk pada tanggal 1 Januari 1999. ACE merupakan organisasi antar-pemerintah independen yang bernaung dalam ASEAN dan mewakili kepentingan tiap Negara Anggota ASEAN pada sektor energi.

Di era seperti saat ini perusahaan tidak hanya melihat seseorang dari ijazah dan kampus mana mereka lulus. Namun, perusahaan juga melihat seseorang dari skill yang dimiliki. Meskipun setiap posisi pekerjaan memerlukan skill atau keterampilan khusus, namun ada banyak keterampilan lain yang penting untuk dimiliki karena dapat ditransfer atau diterapkan di semua posisi. 

Adapun 6 skill teratas yang paling dicari oleh para perekrut meliputi: Berpikir kritis dan problem solving, kerja sama tim, profesionalisme dan etos kerja yang kuat, keterampilan komunikasi lisan maupun tertulis, Inisiatif, dan leadership.

1. Communication Officer

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, journalism, communication, business or media studies, marketing or another relevant field. Master level is considered to be an advantage.
  • Professional Experience at least 5 years in a comparable position i.e., PR, marketing, events promotion, journalism.
  • Ability to express oneself well both verbally and in writing, polished, target group-oriented style.
  • Good experience in writing articles and conduction interviews.
  • Experience in working with web pages and social media platforms.
  • Ideally basic knowledge of graphics applications.
  • Good working knowledge of ICT technologies (MS Office and other related software).
  • Preferable has experiences on IT (software and IT network concept).
  • Excellent inter-personal attribute including tact sensitivity, sound and strong organizational and leadership capability, able to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Promote open reporting culture, that is transparent, compliant and having integrity.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, kindly provide by IELTs/TOEFL certificate.

2. Human Resources Officer

Qualifications:
  • University level in human resources management, business or public administration, social sciences, education or related area is required. A master’s degree or equivalent would be preferred.
  • Experience in International Organisation, Non-Government Organisation or Humanitarian organization.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, including generalist and HR administration experiences (recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development).
  • Experience in providing HR advice to managers and staff is desirable.
  • Solid experience of working with HR information systems/databases, including the production of statistics/reports is desirable.
  • Ability to negotiate with service providers i.e. medical insurance, training provider, pension fund, consultants, etc.
  • Effective trouble-shooting abilities.
  • Excellent inter-personal attribute including tact sensitivity, sound and strong organisational and leadership capability, able to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Promote open reporting culture, that is transparent, compliant and having integrity.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent in a presentation using the English language.

3. Graphic Designer

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in fine arts, visual communication design, graphic design, communication, or advertising.
  • Five (5) years of working experience in graphic design work, a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Expert in using graphic and design software (photograph editing, illustration, layout), ex: InDesign, Illustrator., Photoshop.
  • Expert in data visualisation.
  • Video shoot and editing skill and familiarity with video editing software ex: Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effect.
  • Experience working in International Organisation is an advantage.
  • Open to new ideas and feedback, and quick to react to changing trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A pleasant and friendly personality, patience, tact and the ability to maintain composure.
  • Able to work in professional high-level protocoled manner.
  • Ability to multitask, work long and irregular hours when required (e.g. weekend and public holidays).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management skills.

4. General Affairs Coordinator

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Economic, Management or its equivalent with at least three (3) years relevant working experience.
  • Technical skills and knowledge in the relevant area or the demonstrated ability to quickly acquire them.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organise tasks and work flows, with proven ability for accuracy under pressure and adherence to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated sound oral and written communication skills and sound interpersonal skills, including experience in cross-cultural environment and international settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain sound working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to collaborative work practices.
  • Proven skills in problem solving in a complex organisational environment and in work planning.
  • Ability to multi-task, work long and irregular hours, perform tasks outside the usual job scope, and willingness to travel frequently on short notice.
  • Good command of English, written and spoken.
  • Competency in computer skills with adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook where relevant to the position.
  • Able to work independently
  • Friendly and able to work in professional high-level protocoled manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A pleasant and friendly personality, patience, tact and the ability to maintain composure.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
