IT Support Staff
- Location: Jakarta Selatan
- Support staff and end-user with resolution of systems issues, function errors/ issues or hardware problems.
- Analysing security problems, identifying abnormalities in systems and networks.
- Implement security monitoring and security improvements by assessing the current situation, evaluating trends/symptoms and anticipation to avoid problems.
- Set up, configure, and tweak security in all infrastructure systems (System, Server, Network, and Client)
- Collaborate with team members for security design and policy
- Provide technical guidance on maintaining the state of compliance in the overall IT Environment.
- Device installation, setup & troubleshooting.
- Design & create IT infrastructure documentation.
- Willing to work overtime (if needed).
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and Excellent communication skills
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as IT Security and Network.
- Having certificate module SAP system is a plus.
- Having CCNA Sec or CCSA is a plus.
- Having technical knowledge on LAN/WAN, Layer 4 firewall is required.
