PT Sinar Sosro didirikan di Cakung, Bekasi, Jabodetabek, pada tahun 1974 untuk memproduksi dan memasarkan Teh Botol Sosro, produk teh dalam kemasan pertama di dunia. PT Sinar Sosro memproduksi dan memasarkan berbagai macam minuman, dijual dalam botol, karton dan kemasan lain yang mudah digunakan.
