PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) adalah sebuah perusahaan pertambangan dengan basis di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang eksplorasi, penambangan, dan pengolahan mineral batangan emas dan perak. Satu-satunya tempat operasinya adalah di Tambang Emas Martabe di Sumatra.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

1. GRADUATE ENGINEER – TSF (GDP-TSF04)

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Desirable Member in Civil or Geotechnical Association an active in organization internal and external.
  • Understanding soil mechanic.
  • Understand Concrete mix design.
  • Familiar with concrete and soil test for field and lab.
  • Have knowledge of Dam instrumentation.
  • Academic grade at the minimum of GPA 3.0.
  • Active in organization either academic or non-academic.
  • Computer literate such as MSWord, Excel, and Power Point.
  • English proficiency (supported with proper document or certificate e. g, TOEFL: 400 atau IELTS: 4.0).
  • Full time commitment in the program by signing the Development Agreement Letter (including willing to be placed in Site under roster schedule).
  • Have the motivation, creativity, communication skill, and working in the team.
  • Have passion to learning new things and be open to being challenged.
  • Have knowledge in Ms. Project, Plaxis, AutoCAD, Soil Investigation and Soil or Concrete Lab, and Slope Stability Analysis.

2. GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – MAINTENANCE PLANNING (GDP-MNT03)

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
  • Recognised Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical from a reputable University in Indonesia or Overseas
  • 0 – 2 years related experience in similar maintenance planning scheduling roles within the mining, oil & gas or similar heavy industrial environment.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematic & single-line drawings.
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Reasonable English language verbal & written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
  • Desirable possess a valid recognised Driver’s licence.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Pays a high level of attention to standard and detail.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.

3. GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – ELECTRICAL (GDP-MNT02)

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
  • Recognised Engineering Degree in Electrical from a reputable University in Indonesia or Overseas.
  • Have 0 – 2 years of related experience in similar engineering roles within the mining, oil and gas or similar heavy industrial environment.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematic & single-line drawings.
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Reasonable English language verbal & written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
  • Desirable possess a valid recognised Driver’s licence.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Pays a high level of attention to standard and detail.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.

4. GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – MINE ENGINEERING (GDP-MIN01)

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
  • Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering; Master degree in Mining would be preferably.
  • Indonesian citizen, Bachelor’s Degree at age 18 – 25 years old for Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate degree at age 24 – 28 years old, when enrolled.
  • Academic grade at the minimum of GPA 3.0.
  • Active in organization either academic or non-academic.
  • Computer literate such as MSWord, Excel, and Power Point.
  • English proficiency (supported with proper documenVcertificate e. g. , TOEFL: 400 atau IELTS: 4.0).
  • Full time commitment in the program by signing the Development Agreement Letter (including willing to be placed in Site under roster schedule).
  • Have the motivation, creativity, communication skill, and working in the team.
  • Have passion to learning new things and be open to being challenged.
  • Fleet management, mine sequences, and drilling/blasting.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas.
  • Understood and good explain for basic mining works from L&H, Drill and Blast, Mine Planning and capaibility of mine equipment.
  • High commitment to PTAR standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.

5. GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – MINE GEOLOGY (GDP-MG02)

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
  • Tertiary qualification in Geology from a recognized university with GPA >3.0.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably have experience <2 years in mine geology or mineral exploration.
  • Preferably have Geology and or additional technical course.
  • Willing to work hard in field job base and trainable.
  • Strong computer skills, having a good knowledge of 3D modelling and/or Microsoft Apps and/or Power Bi Software will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and reporting in English, with preferably having TOEFL min 400.
  • Preferably have a driver’s licence.
  • Willing to work onsite base with a roster of 4 weeks on – 2 weeks off.

6. GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE (GDP-MNT01)

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
  • Recognised Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a reputable University in Indonesia or Overseas.
  • 0 – 2 years related experience in similar engineering roles within the mining, oil and gas or similar heavy industrial environment.
  • Ability to interpret basic technical/mechanical drawings. 
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Reasonable English language verbal & written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
  • Possess a valid recognised Driver’s licence preferable.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Pays a high level of attention to standard and detail.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.

7. GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – METALLURGY (GDP-MTL01)

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
  • Tertiary qualifications in either Metallurgy or Mineral Processing.
  • Good knowledge of production metallurgical roles within the resource sector.
  • Good knowledge of CIL/CIP gold processing.
  • Very good verbal and written English language skills.
  • Knowledge of the methods, tools raw materials, and technology used in the metallurgical processing environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards within the mineral processing industry.
  • Ability to manage the work of metallurgical technicians on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ability to understand and efficiently carry out written and oral instructions.
  • An understanding of the production flow sheet of a CIL Process Plant.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
