1. Junior Budgeting Reporter
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Accounting or Finance, or other related
- a fresh graduate or 3 years of working experience in cost controlling, standard cost accounting, budget re-forecast, and Oracle background is a plus.
- Direct experience in the manufacturing industry will be a plus.
- Excellent in Excel (Power BI Is a plus).
- Well collaborates with his/her BPC and provides excellent service to internal partners.
- Understand the company operating data, able to manage data quality and accurate reports to support Controller's analysis.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills with logic.
- Excellent in English both verbal and written.
2. Payroll & Benefit Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- The minimum of experience is 5 years in the payroll process.
- Experience with payroll tax calculations and filings.
- Advanced experience in Excel Formula.
- Strong computer application and payroll system.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication in English.
3. Process Engineer
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- The minimum of experience is 5 years in the payroll process.
