Our program takes place typically over 2 years and give you the opportunity to learn all about Cementing and Drilling Fluid operation, daily business administration, business sustainability and more over to recognized your technical expert in order to manage your career progression and expand your technical leadership knowledge and influence
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates who have completed their degree within the last 2023.
- Strong dedication to learning and willing to work for 2 years commitment.
- Adaptable, curious, and open to new challenges and experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Timeline Selection Process
- August: Submission
- During this period, prepare your CV and submit it to the barcode below
- August - September: Psychological Test
- Selected candidates will conduct an offline psychological and technical test
- August - September: HR Interview
- After reviewing your psychological test, we will contact you via email to conduct an interview
- August - September: User Interview
- We will see if you fit into with the user and company culture
