ASEAN Foundation Onsite Internship Programme 2023 Batch 3
In this internship programme, you will have the opportunity to work from the Foundation's office located in the ASEAN Secretariat Heritage Building, Jakarta, Indonesia. While this internship offers valuable experience, it is an unpaid programme.
1. Communications Intern
- Social media
- Media relations
- Offline event management
- Graphic design
Qualifications:
- Final year or recent graduate (at least within one year after graduation) in Communications, Marketing, Advertisement, Journalism disciplines
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office 365, particularly in Excel, Power Point and Word
- Proficient in social media and other digital marketing tools
- Ability to take initiative and come up with creative communications and marketing solutions
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment
- An understanding of international and/or development issues
- Demonstrate commitment to ASEAN Foundation mission, vision and values
- Display cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability
2. Operations Intern
- Finance & accounting
- HR & alumni engagement
- Office management
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate studies in accounting or business administration.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
- Resourcefulness, initiative, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of social networking tools is an asset.
3. Programme Intern
- Project design & planning
- Project implementation
- Project monitoring, evaluation & reporting
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an institution of higher learning as an undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant field
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to plan and organize work
- Resourcefulness, initiative, enthusiasm
- Resourcefulness, initiative, enthusiasm and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment
- Very good computer skills including knowledge and experience in all Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Tech savvy with knowledge of social networking tools, etc., is an asset
