MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
- As a Pionirbeton Industri Management Trainee, you will engage in comprehensive training and immersive hands-on experiences across diverse departments, cultivating a profound understanding of our organization's operations and management practices. Qualifications:
- Holds at least Bachelor's Degree of Civil, Chemical/Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply (at least have organizational experience).
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, TOEFL/IELTS certification would be a plus.
- Maximum work experiences 2 years.
- Strong Leadership Potentials.
- Microsoft Office Package skill.
- Passionate to create improvements, develop and dynamic working environment and system.
- Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Eager to be develope in all lines of business at Pionirbeton Industri.
- Willingness to be assigned in all Pionirbeton Industri site location across Sumatera, Jawa and Kalimantan.
