REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh Graduates or maximum 2 years of working experience
- Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor Degree and 27 years old for Master Degree
- Active in organizational activities
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be based in all Adaro Power operational sites (Tanjung, South Kalimantan and any other area)
