Business Development Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and optimize opportunities for developing business model / prospect ideas
- Launching products according to a predetermined schedule and evaluating new products
- Maintain good relations and negotiate contract terms
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Recommend ideas or implement improvements related to customer satisfaction and desired results
- Conduct discussions and coordination with superiors
- Prepare progress reports
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Have a curiosity, Passionate in Healthcare, specifically in Medical Device Industry
- Have a good English speaking skills
- Have commitment, responsible, and willingness to learn
- Creative and flexible
- Good communication, easy to adapt
- Able to work under pressure and fulfill the deadline given with minimum supervision
