Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) merupakan Kawasan Industri terpadu untuk pengolahan logam berat yang berlokasi di Desa Lelilef, Kecamatan Weda, Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah, Provinsi Maluku Utara.
FRESH GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) IWIP adalah program karier yang bertujuan untuk membuka kesempatan kerja bagi sarjana baru (Fresh Graduate atau pengalaman tidak lebih dari 2 tahun).
Melalu program ini, para Fresh Graduate akan dikenalkan dan diajarkan tentang berbagai hal di kawasan tambang dan industri Weda Bay Project termasuk di bidang HSE, Ferronickel, Power Plant, Maintenance Workshop, Konstruksi hingga aktivitas Pertambangan.
Peserta akan menjalani program FGDP selama 2 tahun (4 semester), berisi berbagai modul pelatihan teknis (teori dan praktek) serta pengembangan diri dan kepemimpinan. Lulusan program ini diproyeksikan untuk menjadi pemimpin-pemimpin IWIP di masa depan.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education Bachelor (S1) from all majors, preferably engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00
- Have minimum one year experience and maximum two years in related field.
- Fluently speaking and writing in English or Mandarin.
- Age not more than 25 years and not color blind.
- Willing to work full-time.
- Willing to be relocated to any work location both mining area and industrial area.
- Have high integrity and good analytical thinking.
- Able to work both individually and in a team.
- Independent and result oriented
2. FGDP-METALLURGY
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education Associate Degree (D3) in METALLURGY ENGINEERING, preferably from a reputable university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00
- Maximum 2 years experience in related field.
- Understand the basic principles of pyrometallurgy, especially nickel laterite pyrometallurgy.
- A certificate of technical competence in melting engineering is preferred.
- Fluently speaking and writing in English or Mandarin.
- Age not more than 25 years and not color blind.
- Willing to work full-time and make regular reports.
- Willing to be relocated to any work location both mining area and industrial area.
- Have high integrity and good analytical thinking.
- Able to work both individually and in a team.
- Independent and result oriented.
