1. Cost Control
Job Description:
- Review advanced submissions, advance settlements, budgeting, RFP (Request for Payment) and FPP (Formulir Permintaan Pembayaran).
- Validate and control data completeness and the number of submissions for incoming payment requests from all business units, including invoices, FP, and tax-related documents.
- Create budget projections for all business units within a single period. • Modify and reclassify budget projections if there are revisions from management.
- Assist in obtaining price agreements from vendors for procuring goods for a program from each proposed business unit, maintaining alignment with the proposed budget.
Requirements:
- Candidate at least possess Bachelor's Degree majoring in Economics/ Accounting.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
- Must have a good understanding of withholding tax.
- Familiar with SAP is preferred.
- Well-organized with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- A fast learner with good communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Proactive, adaptive, and a great team player.
- Able to meet specified work targets.
2. Senior Reporting
Job Description:
- Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Creating worksheets and journal entries for elimination and consolidation purposes.
- Assisting with monthly financial statements.
- Preparing reports for submission to OJK and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining intercompany transactions and balances.
- Analyzing financial statements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
- Familiar with SAP.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an auditor in public accounting.
- Experience working in a public listed company is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
3. Business Development Executive
Job Description:
- Create and manage campaigns for both online and offline marketing, including activation.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including data collection, campaign result analysis, and providing feedback to management.
- Identify and manage partnerships related to the campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management.
- At least has 2+ years of working experiences in Brand Marketing, preferably within the FMCG Industry.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in presentation skills, effective communication, creativity, a strong personality, and the ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
