Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain organizes candidate databases, track recruitment progress and collects required documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or other related fields.
- Previous experience in HR domain would be a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to details.
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera.
