HR Administrator

Job Description:

  • Verify the completeness of new employee documents and prepare new employment legal documents such as Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT) and Open-Ended Employment Agreement (PKWTT).
  • Communicate with branch managers to fulfill the staffing needs at the staff level.
  • Ensure that new employee submission documents are accurate and complete.
  • Update new employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Manage PKWT employee data from the hiring process to termination.
  • Create and review training request forms and update the training budget after utilization.
  • Assist in calculating employee training hours.
  • Responsible for documenting requests for employee promotions, demotions, or rotations.
  • Assist the Talent Management team in collecting employee data for Individual Development Plans (IDP).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in psychology).
  • Minimal experience in the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator staff.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Placement at the Head Office in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.
