INTERNSHIP
1. Service Operations (Balikpapan)
- At least D3 level from related field or Technician High School with at least 3 years experiences in similar position
- Has a good sense of interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and has sense of product repair skills.
- Familiar with MS Office Proficient written and oral English
- Has wide exposure with Engine Diesel product
- High passion on direct hands-on activity to engine’s component and application
- This internship is based in our Balikpapan Office .
2. Service Solutions (Balikpapan)
- At least D3 level from university major of administration of related field.
- Has a good sense of interpersonal skills.
- Has wide exposure with Administration.
- Familiar with MS Office
- Proficient written and oral English
- This position is based in our Balikpapan office.
3. Order Management (Jakarta)
- Current university students/final year students in any subject (preferred from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Logistics Management)
- Computer Literate (MS. Office)
- Good English (TOEFL 450)
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability
- Preferred have knowledge of Import Export regulations and process
4. Finance (Jakarta)
- Current Diploma or University students with Bachelor's Degree majors with accounting/finance/ business/related field are preferred.
- Eagerness to learn quickly and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient with MS Office Proficient written and oral English
- Have a focus and a real passion for finance and accounting.
- Good analytical skill, result-oriented, effective working independently as well as contributing to a team effort
5. Quality Management System (Jakarta)
- Current University students with Bachelor Degree in any subject (preferred from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Logistics Management), graduated with good GPA
- Computer Literate (MS. Office)
- Highly motivated, self-reliant and positive mindset
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability
- Good English (TOEFL 450)
6. Sales, Original Equipment (Jakarta)
- Current University students majoring in Business Management/Technical related
- Strong communications skills (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated and ability to work with / in teams.
- Self-driven, with a high level of energy
TIPS MENGIRIM LAMARAN KERJA LEWAT EMAIL
Mengirim lamaran kerja saat ini makin praktis dan efisien dengan penggunaan email yang terhubung langsung dengan Rekruiter Perusahaan.
Namun, kadang kita lupa akan hal-hal kecil yang tersirat saat mengirim email dan berakibat lamaranmu tak kunjung dilirik oleh Rekruiter.
Mungkin kamu bisa coba lebih teliti memperhatikan hal-hal remeh berikut ini supaya lamaranmu tak dianggap angin lalu berujung penolakan
1. Gunakan Email Profesional dengan nama asli, jangan gunakan nama panggilan/ lebay
2. Subject Email jelas/ sesuai ketentuan.
Pastikan kamu menulis subjek sesuai dengan ketentuan. Contoh format penulisan subjek umumnya “Nama Lengkap_Posisi”. Berikut contohnya: Yuli Yanti Kosasih_Content Creator
3. Waktu pengiriman email
Usahakan untuk mengirim e-mail di jam kerja. Waktu paling sesuai untuk mengirimkan e-mail lamaran kerja yaitu antara pukul 9.00-11.00 karena waktu tersebut sering dipakai recruiter untuk proses screening atau seleksi berkas lamaran. Kamu bisa menggunakan fitur schedule sent jika diperlukan.
4. Hindari Spam Email
Cukup kirim lamaran 1 kali saja, jangan mengirim berulang kali yang membuat HRD bingung.
5. Body email jangan kosong.
Pastikan body email sudah diisi dengan perkenalan singkat, pengalaman kerja, skill dan kontak yang bisa dihubungi. Untuk lebih lengkapnya, silahkan googling.
6. Satukan Berkas Lampiran (jangan menggunakan file rar)
Gabungkan berkas lamaran menjadi satu file PDF, agar HRD lebih mudah mengecek dan review lamaranmu cukup dengan sekali unduh. Jangan lupa memberi nama file dengan jelas. Contoh: Dokumen CV, Sertifikat Ak3 - Yuli Yanti Kosasih.pdf
7. Hindari lampiran lebih dari 2 Mb.
Makin kecil ukurannya, HRD lebih mudah mengunduh dan me-reviewnya
