Qualification :
- Bachelor degree in law
- Max. 27 years old
- Min. 1 years of working experiences in the related field (Freshgradute welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in MS. Office, especially Excel (Pivot) and Administrative task
- Fluent in english.
- Placement Kapuk Poglar, West Jakarta
- Willing to process on site
Jobdesc
- Provide legal drafting, reviewing and negotiating various ranges of commercial contracts, such as License Agreement, Contractor Agreement, Vendor Agreement, MOU, Paten, HAKI.
- Provide advice and ensuring compliance with industry specific laws.
- Keep abreast of new laws and legislation which may have an impact on the company’s business and operation.
- Licensing Management, Monitoring and Documentation
- Generate regular report to director
