Management Trainee - Marketing
Responsibilities
- Our Management Trainee Program (24 months) is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in different key business functions of our organization, with potential exposure in Marketing Division
- Acceleration Program to Develop the future leaders of the company
- Knowledgeable Inclass experiences
- Valueable mentoring for many business process of the company
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Major Business Management, Marketing, Ekonomi, Digital Marketing, Management, Engineering with GPA Min, 3.00
- Passion in Marketing
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 4 years
- Willing to be placed in Garudafood Business Unit
Additional Requirements
- Available to start the program January 2024
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Business Unit's Garudafood location, over the duration of the program.
