A. QC DEPARTMENT
1. QC COORDINATOR
Qualifications;
- Bachelor degree in from Technical Background or other Sciences related to Oil and Gas Industry.
- More than 5 years experiences in the position.
- Have experience in an EPC company.
- Possess leadership skills.
- Hold a Welding Inspector certification.
2. WELDING ENGINEER.
Qualifications;
- D3/D4/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Welding Engineer, Metallurgy, Mechanical)
- Understanding of codes and specifications
- Possesses strong analytical skills in welding and materials
- Capable of producing and reviewing WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Record)
- IWE Certification (International Welding Engineer)
3. QA ENGINEER
Qualifications;
- D3/D4/Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience in managing subcontractors in QAQC activities.
- Capable of creating and reviewing quality documents.
- Experienced in addressing QAQC issues.
- Good knowledge of Quality System, ISO, and Project Specifications.
- Familiar with ASME, B31.1, and AWS D1.1.
- Certified as an Internal Auditor.
4. DIMENSIONAL CONTROL
Qualifications;
- At least an SMA/SMK diploma
- Proficient in reading technical drawings
- Competent in using measurement tools (manual and automatic)
- Capable of operating AutoCAD
- Ability to generate timely reports
5. NDT COORDINATOR
Qualifications;
- At least an SMA/SMK diploma
- Experience as a NDT Technician for more than 3 years.
- Holds sufficient NDT certification
6. QC INSPECTOR MATERIAL
Qualifications;
- At least an SMA/SMK diploma
- Experience as a Material Inspector for more than 3 years.
- Holds sufficient required certification as an Material Inspector.
7. QC INSPECTOR STRUCTURAL
Qualifications;
- D3/D4/Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proficient in using inspection equipment
- Able to read technical drawings
- Understanding of codes and specifications
- Have minimum valid CSWIP 3.0 certificate
- Holds a Welding Inspector certification
8. QC INSPECTOR PAINTING
Qualifications;
- At least an SMA/SMK diploma
- Experience as a QC Inspector for Painting for more than 3 years.
- Holds sufficient required certification as a Painting Inspector.
B. ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
1. METHOD ENGINEER
Qualifications;
- Minimum D3 in Civil/Structural/Marine Engineering
- Capable of preparing procedures for Method statement and lifting analysis
- Familiar with international codes for civil, structural, and load-out/lifting design, including construction
2. METHOD DESIGNER
Qualifications;
- D3/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Capable of preparing procedures for Method statement and lifting analysis
- Familiar with international codes for civil, structural, and load-out/lifting design, including construction
- Knowledgeable about minimum requirements of international standards for structure material, welding, lifting, and lifting equipment
- Understanding of tasks related to lifting fabrication and construction sequence methods
3. STRUCTURE ENGINEER
Qualifications;
- Minimum D3 in Civil/Structural/Marine Engineering
- Preferably familiar with SACS, StaadPro, and SAP 2000 software
- Capable of performing calculations (manual and/or using SACS) for fabrication and construction purposes
- Able to review Design Drawings, 3D Modeling, and Welding Design
- Can create/prepare structure/civil MTO for design and construction
- Understanding of tasks related to lifting fabrication and construction sequence methods
4. STRUCTURE DESIGNER – TEKLA
5. STRUCTURE DESIGNER – Leg Tubular and Bracing Profiling
6. STRUCTURE DESIGNER – NESTING
Qualifications:
- D3/S1 in a technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Wellhead Platform design (Jacket 3-Legs or more) & Topside
- Proficient in AUTOCAD and NAVIS VIEWER software
- Familiarity with TEKLA for designing, analyzing, and assessing (experience with join tubular leg and bracing)
- Knowledge of lifting methods, fabrication lifting, and construction sequence
- Familiarity with international standards for material structure and welding
C. PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT
1. PROCUREMENT MANAGER;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within procurement, especially in EPC projects for more than 5 years.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier management.
- In-depth understanding of the EPC industry, including knowledge of equipment, materials, and suppliers specific to engineering and construction projects.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and compliance requirements in the EPC sector.
- Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software.
- Strong analytical and financial skills for cost analysis, budgeting, and understanding project requirements.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Experience in dealing with complex contracts and establishing strategic relationships with suppliers.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align procurement activities with overall project and business goals.
- Capability to develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize costs, mitigate risks, and ensure project success.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Excellent English language skills
- Has received the third dose of the vaccine (booster)
