1. CIVIL ENGINEER

Job description:
  • Work with Sales Engineer & Project Engineer teams in executing Solar projects
  • Conduct survey to assess the roof structure/strength and soil conditions
  • Calculate structural reinforcement for roof installations, including rafters, knee walls
  • Use applications/software to produce Civil assessments & calculations
  • Produce & review technical drawings based on international standard & best practice
  • Execute on-site Civil work together with Project Engineer team
  • Deliver cost-efficient solutions according to Project budgets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master of Civil Engineering
  • Extensive experience in Load Analysis and (Rooftop) Structure Reinforcement
  • On-site project experience from Survey to Construction stage
  • Advanced skills in Engineering Design applications, e.g. AutoCAD, Sketchup, SAP2000
  • Experience with general spreadsheet and word-processing applications
  • Team-player who can work under minimum supervision
  • A minimum of 1 (one) year experience in Solar or general Engineering is preferred
  • Certified Assessor or Surveyor is preferred
  • Strong communication skills

2. HSE ENGINEER

Job description:
  • Ensure that the HSE/OHS management system is established implemented and maintained according to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007.
  • Ensure increased awareness and knowledge of all employees and partners regarding HSE/K3
  • Report the performance of the HSE/K3 management system to the Board of Directors for review and use as a basis for continuous improvement
  • Communicate the HSE/K3 management system effectively within the company and external parties
Requirements:
  • Electrical Engineering / (Environmental/Health/Safety) or relevant diciplines
  • Minimun 2 year(s) of working experience
  • AK3 Umum/Listrik Certificate
  • Able for traveling and working at site.
  • ISO 14001 & OHSAS18001 Certificate
  • Work at height Certificate
  • Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant
  • Proactive and detailed person

3. PV ENGINEER

Job description:
  • Design Engineering
    • Site survey and site assessment.
    • Assist Project Manager to prepare project schedule, technical drawing, cashflow projection, and other necessary project requirements.
    • Compile bill of materials referring to applicable engineering standards.
  • Project Execution
    • Assist Procurement Department in component purchasing.
    • Assist Project Manager to prepare necessary project documents and compile project reports.
    • Assist Project Manager in project execution and quality control.
    • Monitor budget and project cashflow throughout project execution.
  • O&M Activities
    • Plan and lead maintenance and service activities.
    • Record and report maintenance and service activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies
  • Good communication in English
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Plus Point if you familiar with solar simulation software such as PVSyst, Helioscope, Homer, AutoCAD, SketchUp

4. MARKETING MANAGER

Job description:
  • Develop the Solar PV business by establishing and managing internal and external networks and rela- tionships with strategic leads and existing clients for our products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential strategic leads in the industry.
  • Manage B2B leads with clients in commercial, industrial, and mining industries, handling all aspects from sourcing and pitching to deal negotiation, account management, and after-sales support.
  • Foster leads with other potential collaborators, such as investors, NGOs, and INGOS.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust the strategy, ideal lead profiles, and best practices to continuously improve results.
  • Oversee the sales process, maintaining close communication with both customers and internal company departments.
  • Lead the response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including defining strategies to differentiate our proposals from other bidders.
  • Identify new lead opportunities that can enhance the company's reputation and boost sales.
  • Take responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing leads, ensuring seamless lead operations through regular communication and negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with business and project development teams, as well as other departments, to
  • align marketing efforts with project-specific goals and overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for SESNA Group to distinguish itself within the solar energy market.
  • Represent the company at selected conferences, trade shows, events, and public forums to enhance market awareness of our value proposition.
  • Ensure that marketing communication, including content creation, website management, digital marketing, branding, and messaging, is kept up-to-date to effectively promote our solar energy projects to potential leads and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business & management, business administration, energy management or related field
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in business development/marketing, with a focus on B2B enterprises (preferably with a network in multinational companies), especially in the energy sector.
  • A strong understanding of PV market industry dynamics and landscape is required; excellent knowledge of the PV industry value chain, downstream influencers, and sensitivity to competitive environments will be a definite advantage.
  • A strategic and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of energy and business strategy. Proficient in report and proposal writing.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • A self-motivated, independent, diligent, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and open to working with customers.
  • Willingness to thrive in the fast-paced environment of renewable energy startups.

5. SOLAR PV BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Renewable Energy/ Physics Engineering or related field
  • Higher professional degree in engineering field relevant for renewable energy projects (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) will be a plus.
