MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) PROGRAM 2024 is a special career development program designed for university fresh graduates who are qualified to be positioned for managerial position in the future. MT will be developed in the class & on the job training during 1 year of training period.
- Single, Maximum 25 years old in 2024
- Bachelor Degree, with GPA min. 3.00 From Reputable University
- Computer literate (min. Microsoft Office)
- Able to Communicate in English
- Deep Knowledge of Islam & Al-Qur'an Modern Islam with Enterpreneurship Spirit
- Ability to understand an activity, gathers information, analyze information and report results
- Have a strong personality, high motivation, good interpersonal skill, creative, eager to learn and innovative
- Willing to be placed at our branch across Indonesia
