- Sari Murni Group Internship Program provides opportunities for career exploration and skill development. This program is meant for undergraduate students (minimum 6th semester) or fresh graduates who want to gain professional work experience.
- This Internship Program lasts for 6 months
1. HR Generalist Intern (Jakarta)
Requirements
- Minimum 6th-semester student or Fresh Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
- Have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, etc
- Proficient in Canva
Responsibilities
- Support and involved in various HR Projects.
- Perform basic data analysis using tools like Excel
- Assist and be involved in the day-to-day Human Resources activities.
- Committed to join for 6 months internship
2. HR Recruitment Intern (Jakarta)
Requirements
- Minimum 6th-semester or Fresh Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other related field
- Eager to learn about recruitment and selection
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suites, etc.
Responsibilities
- Take part in recruitment activities
- Screening candidates
- Assist in contacting and scheduling candidates

3. Legal Intern (Jakarta)
Requirements
- Minimum 6th-semester or fresh graduate majoring in Law.
- Able to draft and review contracts or legal documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient manner, willing to work hard.
Responsibilities
- Research regulations in the food and beverage industry (including BPOM/ Halal regulations, etc.).
- Research regulations for distribution companies.
- Provide support in PR.
- Assist in the license change process.
- Create legal documents.
- Support other Legal Projects.

4. International Business Intern (Bogor)
Requirements
- Minimum 6th-semester or fresh graduate from English Literature, Economics, Management, Supply Chain Management, or International Business.
- Proficient in English both orally and in writing.
- Proficient in MS Excel, communication, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Passionate individual with a can-do attitude.
- Willing to be placed in Bogor.
Responsibilities
- Manage the database of shipping fees.
- Prepare and issue documents needed for trade: bill of lading, letter of credit.
- Ensure that terms and customs rules are respected.
- Apply incoterms.
- Control activities related to the transaction.
- Follow up with transport partners.
