1. TAX STAFF
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in checking the compliance, correctness and accuracy in tax calculation/payment/reporting; Assist in preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting; Assist to prepare data and forms for annual corporate income tax.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Have at least 1 year of experiences in similar position
- Competencies: Tax Regulation and Procedures, e-SPT, Tax Calculation
- Detail oriented, discipline, and responsible
- Able to work individually or as part of team.
2. HR OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the implementation of Human Resource activities and General Affairs in order to support company operational activities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Psychology or Management or Law or related
- Minimum 3 years experience in HRGA, preferably experience in HR Operations in Fuel or Coal Industry
- Having experience in recruitment & selection management, and office administration
- Having experience using the SAP system is a plus
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
3. PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Organizational Development (OD) and employee (People Development - PD) activities to support overall company activities so that they run smoothly in accordance with applicable systems and procedures, so as to help improve company performance.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Psychology or Human Resources
- Min 3 years of working experience in Organizational Development or relevant position
- Extensive knowledge of organizational & skills development, also capacity building strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin - South Kalimantan.
4. OPERATION TERMINAL FOREMAN
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, controlling, supervising & directing all daily operational activities related to Fuel Logistics in the supply area of the Adaro Group, so that all activities are carried out in accordance with K3 and KO Mining Safety rules, as well as effective and efficient.
Requirements:
- Min. D3 any major, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering
- Have at least 1 year experience in fuel supply chain or logistics
- Have experience in handling loading master fuels, material & inventory management, forecasting & scheduling
- Have Ahli K3 Kimia & Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Certificate
- Willing to be placed at Kelanis or Tuhup (Central Kalimantan).
5. OPERATION TERMINAL SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, controlling, supervising & directing all daily operational activities related to Fuel Logistics in the supply area of the Adaro Group, so that all activities are carried out in accordance with K3 and KO Mining Safety rules, as well as effective and efficient.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 any major, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering
- Min. 3 years of experience in fuel supply chain or logistics
- Have the ability and experience in handling loading master fuels, material & inventory management, forecasting & scheduling
- Have Ahli K3 Kimia & Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Certificate
- Willing to be placed at Tuhup (Central Kalimantan).
6. QHSE STAFF
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out quality, safety, health, security and environment operational activities in accordance with SOP and other HSE rules to ensure that all workers in the work environment can work in guaranteed conditions for their safety and health.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Environmental Engineering or Public Health
- Have at least 1 year of experiences in similar position
- Have competence in Health and Environment Management Standard & HSE Management System Audit
- Have knowledge about K3LH
- Willing to placed in North Kelanis - Central Kalimantan
