DANA adalah layanan dompet digital yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Espay Debit Indonesia Koe, perusahaan rintisan Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang teknologi finansial yang menyediakan infrastruktur pembayaran yang memungkinkan masyarakat Indonesia melakukan pembayaran dan transaksi secara nontunai dan nonkartu. DANA dibangun dan dikembangkan di Indonesia dengan didukung oleh tenaga kreatif dan programmer Indonesia. Aplikasi DANA tersedia untuk iOS dan Android, serta terintegrasi dengan berbagai merchant dan aplikasi online ternama sebagai solusi pembayaran digital, baik secara online maupun offline.

Requirements:

2. Data Scientist
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field
- 3+ years’ practical experience as a Data Scientist
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
- Practical NLP, clustering and decision tree model development experience
- Experience using statistical software packages (Python, R, SAS, SSRS) and understanding of Tableau Analytic Tools
- Excellent programming skills
- Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
- Data-oriented personality
- Great communication skills
- And very importantly, a self-starter mindset
3. Data Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a data engineer.
- Strong understanding in Python is a must (other programming language is a plus).
- Have advanced skill in docker for machine learning deployment (API).
- Have basic skill in kubernetes, airflow, docker swarm, or other.
- Experienced in cloud computing, knowing how to design architecture in the cloud is a must.
- Strong experience in code versioning: GIT, bitbucket (command).
- Strong knowledge of data storage and processing platform: ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, SQL platforms, Spark, Kafka.
- Know how to write shell script: bash.
- Know how to write SQL.
- Proficient in English.
- Have knowledge of a MLOps (MLflow) is a plus.
4. RPA / Automation Engineer
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
- 1 to 2 years of experience with UiPath, or related robotic process automation software
- Programming or development experience is a plus (Java, C# or .NET)
- Scripting knowledge or experience is a plus (Python, Perl, VB Script, Shell script, PowerShell, etc.)
- Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience creating macros
- Ability to understand and create business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation
- Understanding of Agile Development Methodologies
- Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a big plus
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- Agility and willingness to deal with a high level of ambiguity, change, and pressures of high-profile projects
5. Data Analyst
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong knowledge in Python for data processing.
- Solid understanding of Statistics, Data Manipulation, Visualization and Dashboarding, demonstrated experience in working with SQL, log files, Tableau, Metabase or alike.
- Communication skills to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate the results of the analytical solutions
- Ability to write comprehensive and concise technical documentation
- Experience in Process Mining software (i.e. Disco) and UiPath Automation tool will be a plus.
6. Automation Product Developer
Requirements:
- Must have domain expertise in one or more of; Software Engineering, Product/UX Design, Banking, Payment System, or other Finance & Technology area of expertise
- Must have experience in one or more Software Development Life-cycle (end-to-end)
- Must have experience in creating product road-map, negotiable with Technical Team, and liaise with all stakeholders for product's priority, complexity, and feasibility.
- Must have professional working proficiency in English
- Customer-first person; must have empathy to think from Customer's point of view and understand their current problem
- Creative problem-solver; able to think of few alternative solutions related to the problem and break down the details
- Data-driven; Must have strong analytical thinking and able to set the product goals in a quantitative manner
- Good to have a candidate with experience in an Agile Software Development in Automation environment
- Good to have a candidate with A/B Testing in Automation experience
- Good to have a candidate with Automation Software Engineering or Automation UX Design experience
- Passionate about the potential of technology to revolutionize traditional Financial Industry, online/offline payment, card-based payment, electronic money, bio-metric, machine learning, or cryptocurrency)
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure of tight deadlines
- Able to work in fast-paced and agile environments, collaborating with various levels of personnel including managers, executives, and stakeholders
- Has experience working for FinTech company is a plus
