Pre Transaction Administration Staff 

Qualifications:

• MaIe
• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Law (S1)
• Required skills: negotiation skills, Memahami Proses Pembelian Tanah, MS Office.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Receive or supervise files from a notary check list of incoming files on the check list form
• Carry out the process of preparing DP/Repayment transaction payments
• Processing down payment / settlement transactions
• Check the PBT file and the DP payment process
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
