Fasilitas PT Austin Engineering Indonesia di Batam mempunyai kemampuan internal untuk pemotongan plasma, pengepresan, manufaktur, peledakan dan pengecatan. Bengkel kami saat ini sangat cocok untuk menjalankan produksi besar bak truk pertambangan, ember, dan tangki air.

Fasilitas Austin berlokasi sempurna di kawasan Industri Terpadu Kabil, Batu Besar, Nongsa dengan kemampuan untuk memperluas ke fasilitas terdekat jika diminta oleh pelanggan. Kami juga memiliki akses terhadap tenaga kerja berkualitas tinggi di wilayah ini yang memungkinkan kami meningkatkan atau menurunkan skala untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan.

Fokus kami adalah membangun semua produk di fasilitas Austin kami sendiri. Namun, jika diperlukan untuk memenuhi jadwal pengiriman klien, kami dapat melakukan outsourcing pemrosesan material dan pembuatan sub perakitan ke sub-kontraktor lokal pra-kualifikasi di Pulau Batam.

PT Austin Engineering Indonesia saat ini sedang membuka kesempatan untuk posisi: 

1. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

  • Control Document Flow, Update & Maintain and follow to secure documents handling

2. COST CONTROLLER

  • Assist project with planning, and forecasting and cost estimates carefully.
  • Communication between project teams, Maintain clear and concise project-related documentation.

3. MAINTENANCE ADMIN

  • Support maintenance department with administrative tasks such as data entry, work order, Preventive
  • Maintenance, calibration, daily/monthly report, and procedures
  • Familiar with multi discipline task (electrical, mechanical, civil and rigging.

4. PRODUCTION ADMIN

  • Provide administrative support to the production team, including data entry, document management, and record keeping

5. DATA ENTRY (Proficient in English)

  • Efficient data entry to ensure all products are captured correctly into the system.
  • Communicate with global teams to gather necessary data for the database

Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline and 5 years experiences in related discipline a relevant field (1-5)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software and strong organizational and multitasking abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills (1-5)
  • Proficient in using document management software and tools, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint (1-5).
  • Understanding of document best practices and industry standards (1-5)
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document management and version control (182)
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive documents. (2)
  • Good understanding in corrective-preventive maintenance reporting & scheduling, inventory (3)
  • Proven work experience in data entry/data base management and personal assistance roles, strong written and verbal communication skills in English is compulsory and ability to manage multiple tasks (5)
