1. SHE OFFICER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Environmental Eng.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as SHE Officer
- Able to prepare and implement K3L program in construction
- In-depth knowledge about permit to work procedure in construction
2. QUALITY CONTROL MEP
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 year experience as a Quality Control in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing System
- In-depth knowledge of drawing, contact, and materials MEP
- Able to use AutoCAD
3. QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 year experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing System
- In-depth knowledge about claim Variation Order
4. DRAFTER
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 year experience as a Drafter in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing System
- Able to use Revit
5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEAD
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 12 years experience as a BusDev in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing System
- Communicate in English both oral and written
- Communicate in Mandarin (will be advantage)
- Placement: Head Office, Jakarta
6. COST CONTROL LEADER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor MEP
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing System
- Placement: Head Office, Jakarta
7. ENGINEERING MEP
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 year experience as a Engineer in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing system and materials
- In-depth knowledge of Contract, BQ, BA Nego
- Have an experience handling Project Data Center will be plus
8. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience as a BusDev in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing System
- Communicate in English both oral and written
- Communicate in Mandarin (will be advantage)
- Placement: Head Office, Jakarta
9. LOGISTIC OFFICER MEP
Requirements:
- Senior High School Graduate with minimum 3 year experience as a Logistic in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Materials
- In-depth knowledge of logistic management
- Able to use SIAP is an added value
10. PROJECT MANAGER MEP
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 year experience as a Project Manager in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing System
- In-depth knowledge of project management
- Experience in Data Center Project
- Able to use Ms. Project, Ms. Office, and AutoCAD
- Knowledge about SHE Program
- Having good strategic planning skill
- Advance communication skills
- Proficient in English (verbal & written)
11. SITE MANAGER MEP
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 year experience as a Site Manager in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing System
- Experience in Data Center Project
- Knowledge about SHE Program
- Having good strategic planning skill
- Advance communication skills
- Proficient in English (verbal & written)
12. SUPERVISOR MEP
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 year experience as a Supervisor in MEP Contractor
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing System
- Understanding of Job Safety Analysis
