PT Citra Palu Minerals (PT CPM) adalah perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia dalam rangka Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA). PT CPM merupakan pemegang Kontrak Karya (KK) Generasi VI di bidang pertambangan umum untuk bahan galian logam dasar, yang ditandatangani oleh Menteri Pertambangan dan Energi untuk dan atas nama pemerintah Republik Indonesia pada tanggal 28 April 1997 sebagaimana telah disetujui oleh Presiden RI berdasarkan Persetujuan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor B.143/Pres/3/1997, tertanggal 17 Maret 1997.

1. SUPERVISOR REBUILD
Kualifikasi:
- Have a high leadership spirit
- Have good problem-solving skills
- Have experience in pump and rebuild
- Able to work together with the team
- Have and are able to apply safety standards
- Placement in Palu
2. SUPERVISOR CIL, ELUTION, & REAGENT
Kualifikasi:
- Disciplined and hardworking
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work with a team
- Experienced working in elution and cil systems
- Experienced in pump maintenance
- Placement in Palu
3. SUPERVISOR CONVEYOR & CRUSHING
Kualifikasi:
- High discipline
- Have a spirit of loyalty
- Have a high spirit of leadership
- Have experience in the field of crusher and conveying for at least 5 years
- Have knowledge related to lotto, permits, JSA and safety
- Placement in Palu
4. SUPERVISOR SCAFFOLDING & SPLICING
Kualifikasi:
- Have a high leadership spirit
- Have the ability to scoffolding
- Have conveyor splicing experience
- Able to work together with the team
- Have knowledge and apply safety standards
- Placement in Palu
5. SUPERVISOR QA/QC CIVIL ENGINEER QUALIFICATION
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
- Able to operate Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project and the like
- Able to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various parties
- Able to work under pressure
- Honest, trustworthy, communication skills and have good
- Placement in Palu
6. ADMIN REPRESENTATIF (CPM PROJECT)
Kualifikasi:
- Male, maximum age 27 years old
- minimum high school vocational school education
- Have work experience in administration, expedition, procurement, finance min 1 year
- Good communication skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Have knowledge about e-commerce and negotiation
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Work location at Jakarta
- Placement in Palu
7. SUPERINTENDENT ENVIROMENTAL
Kualifikasi:
- Male/female, maximum 50 years old
- At least 5 years of experienc for yhr same position to manage mining operation activities
- At least a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering/ environmental health/ forestry, or the like
- Have experience in preparing PPKH, Feasibility Study & AMDAL document
- English language skills both oral and written
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Have good analytical skills
- Can work in a team and under pressure
