Job Descriptions
- Design and implement training programs to enhance technical and core competencies among employees.
- Create and manage a comprehensive Learning & Management System, including the development of learning curricula, schedules, and strategic partnerships with external training providers.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements across different departments.
- Design and implement a robust career development program that supports employees in achieving their professional goals.
- Provide guidance on career paths, skill development, and mentorship opportunities within the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration by creating platforms for knowledge sharing among employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering successful learning and development programs.
- Possess a growth mindset and demonstrated ability to think strategically and agile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
2. People Services Officer
Job Descriptions
- Manage in collecting data and documents for compliance
- Maintain and update database employees and HRIS applications
- Update attendance and monthly reports for Payroll
- Provide all employee letters and forms needed by the internal office
- Coordinate with other divisions to renewal employee data and so on
- Involved in the other ad hoc HR projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any major with related discipline
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in a similar role will be considered
- Proficient in Jira / Trello, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks well, attention to detail, and highly initiative
- Have a good written and communication skills
- Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Having a knowledge of the Human Resources area and or HRIS (Talenta, SAP,etc)
