1. Talent Growth (Learning & Development)

Job Descriptions
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance technical and core competencies among employees.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive Learning & Management System, including the development of learning curricula, schedules, and strategic partnerships with external training providers.
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements across different departments.
  • Design and implement a robust career development program that supports employees in achieving their professional goals.
  • Provide guidance on career paths, skill development, and mentorship opportunities within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration by creating platforms for knowledge sharing among employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering successful learning and development programs.
  • Possess a growth mindset and demonstrated ability to think strategically and agile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

2. People Services Officer

Job Descriptions
  • Manage in collecting data and documents for compliance
  • Maintain and update database employees and HRIS applications
  • Update attendance and monthly reports for Payroll
  • Provide all employee letters and forms needed by the internal office
  • Coordinate with other divisions to renewal employee data and so on
  • Involved in the other ad hoc HR projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from any major with related discipline
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in a similar role will be considered
  • Proficient in Jira / Trello, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritize tasks well, attention to detail, and highly initiative
  • Have a good written and communication skills
  • Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Having a knowledge of the Human Resources area and or HRIS (Talenta, SAP,etc)
