PT Dayak Membangun Pratama saat ini sedang membuka kesempatan untuk posisi: 

1. LEGAL HEAD

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of legal works, i.e. giving legal advice, drafting and reviewing various agreements and legal documents.
  • Prepare required reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage the company's licensing and ensure its accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle legal issues related to business development, alliance management, litigation, corporate governance, and law.
  • Stay up to date with regulations in the industry and advise the business accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
  • Proven working experience min. 4 years as Legal Head, preferably in coal mining industry. Experience in law firms or as a Corporate Lawyer will be an advantage.
  • Proactive and commercial approach to resolve complex and difficult risks or legal challenges while ensuring compliance with internal/external regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can join ASAP.,
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta.

2. CORPORATE SECRETARY

What you would do:
  • Stay updated on capital market developments, especially laws and regulations related to the capital market.
  • Coordinate the socialization of new laws and regulations, also request suggestions and recommendations from the GCG Committee regarding the implementation of compliance and GCG.
  • Provide data and inputs to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to comply with the laws and regulations in the capital market.
  • Assist the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing GCG which includes:
  • Information disclosure to the public
  • Timely submission of required reports for Issuers or Public Companies to authorized government agencies
  • Organizing and documenting the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS)
  • Organizing and documenting company's Management Meetings, including but not limited to Directors Meetings and Board of Commissioners Meetings
  • Implementation of company orientation program for members of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners
  • As a liaison between the company and the company's shareholders, OJK, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications you must have:
  • Hold min. Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
  • Proven working experience min. 3 years as Corporate Secretary, preferably in mining or plantation industries.
  • Experience in creating monthly and annual reports will be an advantage.
  • Proven knowledge and updates on laws and regulations, especially related to the capital market.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, and possess good analytical thinking.
  • Able to make decisive decisions and offer problem-solving.
  • Good team player, possess ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.
  • Can join ASAP.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta.
